The Fuk allows free speech, debate, and profanity more broadly than any other SNS.
However, posts in the serious crime categories below will be deleted and sanctioned without exception.
- Trafficking, sale, or purchase of drugs/hallucinogens (including locations, contacts, Telegram, etc.)
- Sexual exploitation or sexual depiction involving minors
- Terror plots, threats of murder, incitement of violence against specific targets
- Distribution of illegal recordings, revenge porn, or non-consensual sexual imagery
- Leaking or unauthorized publication of personal information (address, contact, workplace, etc.)
- Sharing weapon/explosive manufacturing methods, malware, or hacking tools
- Sharing specific suicide/self-harm methods or inducing the act
- Encouraging human trafficking, prostitution brokerage, organ trade, or similar criminal acts
- Promoting phishing, scams, investment fraud, or illegal gambling sites
- Sexual approaches toward minors (grooming)
- Distributing clearly copyright-infringing pirated content
- Repeated flood/spam advertising
Political/social debate, profanity, aggressive tone, and criticism of specific groups are permitted. Defamation through false information may be acted upon according to legal standards.
